How do I rid of all this junk food I just ate?
Question by MovieMadness: How do I rid of all this junk food I just ate?
I been eating a lot of junk food i.e. brownies, snickers. Its mostly b/c I have no one to cook for me(Moms not home during week) and I can’t cook to save my life. Anyway I feel sick and my stomach is bloated. How do I make my stomach settle or food digest faster without taking a laxative? I have to go to school tomorrow and that would suck if I had the runs at school…ha ha…Anyway should I try excercising?

first of all, excercise…then drink tea, that helps your digestion, preferably green tea or barley tea

Exercising helps the digestive system a bit. Try to run for 30 to 40 minutes and see if you feel better. Running isn’t only physically rewarding, it’s mentally rewarding, aswell.

Do a few extra minutes of exercise THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. Not all at once — you’ll exaust yourself and feel sicker.
Drink plenty of water.
Relax, and try to make better choices! There are other instant foods besides chocolate that would be healthier to eat!
Good luck! If your stomach is upset later on, take some pepto!

Jumping jacks, crunches, jump rope… repeat.
Drink lots of tea but not enough to beloat yourself even more…
and if I were you i would avoid brownies and chcolate… they are some of the worst snacks nutritionally… when noone is home eat cereal, pretzels, or something like that.

You have to get over this bout of junk bingeing with the discomfort. Rest and let it go down for an hour or two (A good deal of your blood supply is diverted to your digestive system so you could cramp if you exercie too soon) then try exercising some of it off.
Throw away all the junk so you ar not tempted again.
If there is no-one to cook for you just scrub a potato , stab the skin with a knife so the steam can get out, then pop it in the microwave for 4-8 mins until cooked through. Put some butter and pepper and grated sheese on it and you have a nice meal. Or have something on toast.
