SO I AM ON HOUSE ARREST
IM ALREADY AT SCHOOL
BUT I FORGOT MY TRACKER AT HOME
I STILL GOT ON MY ANKLE BRACELET
I ALREADY CALLED MY DAD AND LET HIM KNOW I FORGOT IT WHO TALKED TO THE PEOPLE WHO WERE WATCHING ME
THEY SAID IM FINE BUT THAT I NEED TO GO STRAIGHT HOME
I AM PLANNING TO LEAVE SCHOOL EARLY TODAY TO HANG OUT WITH MY BOYFRIEND
SO I GUESS MY QUESTION IS
CAN THE TRACKER PEOPLE STILL SEE ME WITOUT MY TRACKER JUST THROUGH MY BRACELET?
PLEASE HELP
I REALLY WANNA HAVE SOME FUN TODAY
I HAVENT GOT TO SPEND TIME WITH MY BOY IN A LONG TIME

If it’s GPS, they’ll know where you are within a few feet.

hmm. theres a possibility that it could track. how bout sneakin your bf in your school and hang out with him there? as far as i know, the trackers will definitely not hunt you down when your in school.
furthermore, your leavin sch early. just be in sch but dun go for the classes. be with your bf.

The conditions of your release are such that you are not allowed to have some fun and spend some time with your boyfriend. If you do, then the only conclusion is that you are not willing to abide by the conditions of release and so the court will have no choice but to lock you up. If the company is expecting you to go straight home, and you don’t, they will know. However, as you seem to have the basic mindset of a criminal in that you decide based on what you want at the moment, without regard to the consequences, I suspect that this response will be ignored.
