We used this at my company for awhile and it was pretty good initially, but the weight limit is pretty strict. The card has warped dramatically so it leans back about an additional 20 degrees. The wheels are too small for most steps so you are working a heck of a lot harder.
This might be good if you cart bulky lightweight items, but you are better off buying something sturdier for comparable money. We are buying a replacement a year later for this item.
